On Saturday, December 5, 2009, from 1-4 PM in Harvard Hall Room 104, The Small Claims Advisory Service will have volunteers present to provide face-to-face individualized assistance for all of your small claims queries. There will be no charge for this event, and our staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the legal process and putting together a small claim in Massachusetts. The Small Claims Advisory Service (SCAS) is a non-governmental Massachusetts public service organization that provides free legal information regading Massachusetts small claims law and procedure.
